WASHINGTON, DC – PTCRB, the premier certification organization ensuring device interoperability on global wireless networks, announced today a brand refresh and website redesign in celebration of its 20th anniversary.
“For two decades, PTCRB has been the leader in certifying mobile wireless devices including smartphones and IoT products,” said Glen Scales, PTCRB Chairman, “The PTCRB program has issued more than 30,000 certifications to date, giving operators, manufacturers and consumers the confidence to use their devices securely and effectively while roaming.”
CTIA, the association representing the U.S. wireless communications industry, is proud to serve as the administrator for the certification process. The refreshed brand illustrates how PTCRB and CTIA are a connecting point for manufacturers and operators, and highlights the positive, collaborative relationships within the wireless ecosystem.
